  Overview

  At ShopGinas.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier, KOREALY, in South Korea, our return and refund process
  differs from traditional domestic retailers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  We accept return/refund requests under the following circumstances:

  - Damaged items – Product arrived broken, leaking, or visibly damaged during transit.
  - Wrong item received – You received a product different from what you ordered.
  - Defective product – The item is faulty or unusable upon arrival.
  - Item not received – Your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the ship date.

  Non-Returnable Items

  The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  - Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless defective).
  - Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
  - Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
  - Products refused at customs due to local import regulations.
  - Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (unless defective).

  Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@shopginas.com (mailto:support@shopginas.com) with:
    - Your order number
    - Clear photos of the issue (damaged/wrong/defective item)
    - A brief description of the problem

  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
  3. Resolution – Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
    - Full refund to your original payment method
    - Replacement item shipped at no additional cost
    - Partial refund or store credit

  Important Notes on Returns

  - Return shipping is generally not required. Due to the international nature of our supply chain, we typically do not ask customers to ship items back to South Korea. In most cases, photo evidence is
  sufficient to process your claim.
  - In rare cases where a return shipment is requested, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs if the issue was our fault.

  Refund Processing Time

  Once your refund is approved:

  - Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  - PayPal/Digital Wallets: 3–5 business days.
  - Store Credit: Issued immediately.

  Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  Cancellations

  - Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  - After 12 hours, orders may already be in processing with KOREALY and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
  - If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once the item arrives.

  Exchanges

  We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
