  Overview

  All orders placed on ShopGinas.com are fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier, KOREALY, from South Korea. As a result, shipping times and procedures differ from domestic retailers.

  Processing Time

  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

  Shipping Rates

  - Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  - Free Shipping: Available on orders over a specified threshold (displayed on-site at the time of purchase).

  Order Tracking

  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  Customs & Import Duties

  Since orders ship internationally from South Korea, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the
  customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

  Shipping Restrictions

  We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may be restricted from entry into certain countries due to local regulations on cosmetics and skincare ingredients. ShopGinas.com is
  not responsible for packages seized by customs.

  Lost or Delayed Packages

  If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the ship date, please contact us at support@shopginas.com (mailto:support@shopginas.com) so we can investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.

  Address Accuracy

  Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. ShopGinas.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has
  been dispatched may not be possible.
